Traineeships

A traineeship is an education and training programme with work experience that unlocks your potential, preparing you for your future career by becoming ‘work ready’.

Our traineeships are designed to help those who don’t yet have the appropriate skills or experience to work in their chosen sector. Traineeships provide essential work preparation training, such as improving both Maths and English skills and gaining work experience.

Traineeships can last up to 6 months and will include:

work preparation

Work preparation training provided by the training organisation

Maths & English Support

Maths and English support if required

work experience placement

A high quality work experience placement with an employer

At the end of the traineeship, if a role becomes available, each individual will be guaranteed a job interview. If no current vacancies are available, an exit interview will take place with meaningful written feedback to help secure an Apprenticeship or employment with another company.
