To date, 100% of learners on the Morsons Skills Bootcamps have reached Milestone 3 — an achievement that sits 50% above the national average. This outstanding performance highlights not only the quality of delivery and employer collaboration, but also the real demand for skilled operatives entering the sector.
Working closely with the National Employer Training (NET) team at TEC Partnership, we have successfully delivered the Multi-Skilled Track Operative Skills Bootcamp to 66 learners, the majority of whom were unemployed or self-employed at the point of entry. Every learner who completed the programme achieved their qualification and progressed into employment — a powerful demonstration of how Skills Bootcamps can unlock opportunity and address workforce shortages.
Beyond qualifications, the impact has been genuinely life changing. Learners who began the programme lacking confidence have developed not only the technical skills required for the railway, but also the self-belief and clear progression routes needed to sustain long-term careers in the industry.
