MNX and NET Deliver Strong Employment Outcomes Through SWAP Programme

Throughout 2025-26, MNX, in partnership with National Employer Training (NET) and Jobcentre Plus, has successfully delivered a Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) focused on preparing local jobseekers for careers in specialist security support — including vital work supporting operations at Butlin’s.

The programme has provided structured training, workplace insight and clear employment pathways, resulting in 20 learners progressing into job outcomes this year — a powerful reflection of both the demand for opportunity and the effectiveness of employer-led training.

Real People, Real Outcomes

Among those who successfully progressed into employment were:

Adam, Thomas, JT, Michelle, Yasim

Each learner completed the programme and moved into job roles, demonstrating how the right combination of training, support and employer partnership can translate directly into sustainable employment.

Learners consistently reported increased confidence and a clearer understanding of the expectations and responsibilities within security-based environments.

Adam shared:

The programme gave me structure and direction. I now feel confident stepping into a role where responsibility and professionalism really matter.

Michelle added:

It helped me understand what working in security actually involves and gave me the confidence to move forward into employment.

“We are incredibly proud of the outcomes achieved through our partnership with MNX this year. Seeing 20 learners move into employment is a testament to what can be achieved when training is aligned directly with real employer needs. Programmes like this don’t just prepare people for work — they open doors to new futures.”

A Partnership Making a Difference

MNX continues to demonstrate its commitment to investing in people and creating accessible routes into employment. Its work supporting security operations at Butlin’s highlights the importance of having trained, confident and capable staff in place.
