SWAP Qualifications:
Participants will complete:
- Level 1 Certificate in Personal Development for Employability (PDE)
Builds essential skills for entering the workplace: confidence, communication, teamwork, and resilience. - Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment
A key requirement for obtaining the CSCS Green Labourer Card, this qualification covers site safety, hazard awareness, and legal duties. - Level 2 Award in Industrial Environmental Awareness (IEA)
Introduces learners to environmental considerations in industrial and construction settings, including sustainability, waste control, and the environmental impact of construction activities.
Entry Level:
- Aged 19+
- Eligible for public funding (e.g. Universal Credit, JSA, ESA)
- Interested in working in construction or on-site roles
- Committed to attending a full-time, in-person course
