What You’ll Learn

You’ll build confidence and job-readiness through a mix of hands-on sessions and guided learning, including:

  • Cleaning techniques for different environments
  • Health and safety, including COSHH and infection control
  • Customer service and communication skills
  • Timekeeping, teamwork, and workplace behaviour

Qualifications You’ll Gain

  • Level 2 Award in Cleaning Principles – industry-relevant knowledge for cleaning roles in healthcare, commercial, or domestic settings
  • Level 1 Certificate in Personal Development & Employability (PDE) – helps you build confidence, improve communication, and prepare for interviews
  • Level 1 Award in Self-Employment – useful if you’re thinking about setting up as a freelance or domestic cleaner
